Sometime its hard to decide when you should take your puppy or dog to the veterinarian. Here are some symptoms to look for to help you decide. If your puppy or dog is having any of the following problems call your vet.Fever - 100-103 F is normal for grown dogs and 94-97 F for puppies.
Other symptoms may include -

• Frequent wheezing
  
• Excessive coughing, sneezing, or snorting
  
• Eyes - redness, swelling, dischargeNose - runny,
• discharge
  
• Ears - discharge, order, scratching
  
• Hoarseness
  
• Whimpering
  
• Sudden thirst
  
• Lack of thirst
  
• Loss of appetite
  
• Inability to eat or drink water
  
• Vomiting
  
• Foul breath
  
• Dizziness
  
• Trembling
  
• Weight loss
  
• Swellings and lumps
  
• Cloudy, odorous, dark yellow or orange urine
  
• Inability to urine
  
• Severe constipation
  
• Blood in stool
  
• Difficulty breathing
  

By recognizing these early signs you can help relieve your dog's pain. Also, an illness is easier to treat if detected early.
